無衝突礦產聲明與政策
(一) 衝突礦產（Conflict Minerals）是指金（Au）、鉭（Ta）、鎢（W）、錫（Sn）與鈷(Co)等金屬以及雲母等礦物，來自於剛果民主共和國非政府軍事團體或非法軍事派別所控制衝突地區的礦區。當地軍事團體取得的非法採礦利潤是從公民中盜竊得來的，而且在剛果民主共和國東部造成侵犯人權，環境惡化之情況。(二)無衝突金屬管理與採購政策：本公司期望，我們的供應商遵守RBA負責任商業聯盟行為準則，只從對環境和社會負責的供應商採購材料，我們並已採取行動，對所有供應鏈清查，以確保我們供應商符合這些期望。聯勝光電股份有限公司將承諾： 1.不採購來自衝突區域所生產的衝突金屬。2.要求我們的供應商與他們的供應鏈進行商業上合理的盡責調查，以保證提供給聯勝光電的物品中，所使用的金屬並沒有來自衝突地區。
Conflict-Free Minerals Policy Statement
Conflict metals mean metals such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), tin (Sn) , cobalt (Co) and Mica which are from mining sites in conflict areas controlled by non-governmental military bodies or non-military camps in Democratic Republic of Congo. The illegal mining profits which the military bodies gained are stolen from the citizens. Their mining activities also violate human rights and deteriorate the environment in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo.HPO strictly complies with the code of practice in Responsible Business Alliance. We only purchase materials from raw material suppliers which bear environmental and social responsibilities. We also require our raw material suppliers and their supply chains to carry out commercially reasonable due diligence so as to ensure the raw materials provided to HPO are free of metals from conflict areas.Company hereby makes following commitments:
1. Not to purchase Conflict Minerals from mines in the Conflict Regions.
2. Request its suppliers to refuse to use Conflict Minerals from the Conflict Regions.
